One little issue with the installation.

It replaced the configuration file thus disabling the SSL certificate setup. Easy enough to fix (recover the configuration file).

MSVCR71.dll is a Windows runtime library. Your Windows computer is missing this file. Google the file, download, and install. Let me know if any other DLL's are missing.
